Spawn Silbadu's soul & Not Setting # 256 Item Gem Slot

i can't be able to spawn Silbadu's soul from server...

i searched on forum...
many uniqs was also not be able to spawn but i solved that....
even Grace was not able to spawn ..i solved that also
but 1 item is left... Silbadu's soul

have a look at this UniqueItem.ini.

getting error of Not Setting # 256

when i am adding Item Gem Slot MSG @ A3Msg_Zone_Tw.dat in zoneserver
zoneserver gives me this error
