str and dex problem

in all g8 uniqs str and dex r cming properly..
but in g9 uniqs its not showing only..
where should i have to make change to solve this problem??
i can wear g9 uniqs directly
example :- STR = 20 and DEX = 30 then also i can be able to wear it directly
please help me

a3server\7Zoneserver\ZoneData\Item\0 and 0ex

File 0 is for items attribute upto level 10, and 0ex for level 11 to 15.

No! Its not a feature. His client's IT0.ull and IT0ex.ull needs to be edited. Thats all! (may be server side 0 and 0ex too)
