Check your link if GetServerUserList.aspx is working without error. You can check it via browser.
If there still have error, make sure that the directory of where the script located must be treated as Application.
To avoid this kind of error, i suggested to use IIS with .NET 4.5+ Framework



FYI: The server posted here specially version 2.4 have too many bugs.
1. Cannot add stat on the specific skills of MG and Summoner
2. Can create MG even you don't have any characters, or existing characters greater than level 100
3. and so on...

So if it's up to you if you still like to use the server, as fas as I know the working server posted here is version 1.4.3
