Bug with cashpoints not updating in real-time

hi does someone know how to fix this bug?

and my cashpoints in the cashcabinet doesnt get updated when i change them in the database.. only after a game restart.. can someone tell me where i can change that in the source?

In TGLOBAL_GSP.dbo.TCASHITEMCABINETTABLE set dlID of this item to 0

thanks ill try later when im at my pc..
but what you say doesnt seem right.. if i insert for example 2x "soldier shield" and 1 formula into the cabinet, i can take the formula out but not the shields.. the formula doesnt have dlid of 0 but i can still take it
