How to open RF and summoner im level 350?

Hey, summoner card can't be gifted. If you want summoner card on other account, create account and any char, then buy summoner card in XShop on that account and use it in game XShop, then you can create summoner. According to card description you do need level 200 char, but I don't remember that I need it before when I made my rf.

also, the google drive install, and the mega install, have 2 different launchers, i downloaded both, none of the 2 work =)

Most likely the worst server i have ever played on.

This Server is configured for like 10%

Gameplay at the moment:

Start Lorencia/Noria -> Atlans/Losttower -> Arena -> Reset -> Repeat

No Spots in any other high Map, golden monstern not configured
Not even a Spot in Icarus to farm Lochs Feather

Server Events and Drops are not configured or not working,
No Medusa, Selupan dropping non exc Items
Nightmare Event not working.

Just do yourself a favor and close this server. I will play on this because im super bored and im actually curious if u will change something.
