the server is adapted for non res, or you disable only reset characters? I want to know whether settings are changed "Maps", " Monsters", "Bosses" for NON res server configuration (If it hasn't changed - your server isn't of any interest!).

I advise you to go testing the client's offlevel. Well, servers without a good offlevel system are sure to fail.
1- Obs .: Test the system of pick, buff all chars, attack of all.
2- Note: The new season 13 system where you click on the party member and is moved to it, VERY IMPORTANT. If you are able to configure these observations mentioned above, the rest you will set up quietly.

Creo13 - I think this server is not for you. We prefer ppl that want to get a little fun and relax but not always complaining. Dont get me wrong we have different target.
