Are you using cracked clients? You can't log in our server with a cracker version. Server is working fine.

Server is not dead. Server is online. Your just probably using a cracked client. Check the website www.nexoncraft.com.

Just because it's an mmo development forum doesn't mean everyone should have a cracked version of Minecraft. I bet bunch of people here have a legit version of Minecraft, one being me for example.
I would personally never create a server that is in offline-mode, just because of the fact that you'll have to get all that extra stuff to make it safe for the players to play on. Not to mention that cracked clients can take legit player names.
Being online-mode server doesn't instantly mean that the server is going to fail. Just get a legit Minecraft and you're fine, there's bunch of people selling their old accounts for $5-$10.
