I wish I had more options like mass message all users, or create albums.
You can add pictures though, everyone can. Equals album, no?

There I added a picture, just for the test. Firstly picture has to be pulled out of your own album. So I made a test album and then pulled the link out of there to here. I'm not sure if this is what you were referring to though. If you want I can remove it later on as well.
