That ExliveMS.dll in your download is a tiny 10KB file. I can see no such equivalent in the older LEN.

I scanned the dlls and ExliveMS.dll from the dlls folder is giving a shitload of detections.

I see binaries. Those binaries do not respect my freedoms as a software user. Thus I cannot tell whether they are clean of any infections. Virustotal says they are infected, so I must err on the side of caution. Feel free to individually scan each binary and report back on which one is actually infected.
