leave SWF folder in your direcotory. aAnd your swfs should be http://yoursite.com/ExternalTexts.txt and so on check what your external vars text .txt file is called and then its http://yoursite.com/ whatever they are called and for the swf base its http://yoursite.com/r63 or whatever the SWF folder is called in your directory.
