I don't know how to become a GM or get a fancy user title yet. Adding points - same problem.

As for adding Pang you can use the Ini3sp_AddPang procedure from Pangya_S4_TH. There are probably other ways to do this that are less roundabout but I don't know them yet - my server is barely working so I've got other things to worry about (like equipment that disappears right after buying it :)).
