Aha, You're trying to return an instance of the GroupManager class from a public method and the GroupManager class doesn't seem to be public, probably internal. E.g: internal class GroupManager should be public class GroupManager

@wolf77 what characters exactly? I'm aware that some of the ALT code symbols is a problem with utf8 encoding. Not sure if it works with utf32 though.

Not sure what you meant by 'edit the emulator to utf-8' but.. To change the default encoding to utf-8 , open up PlusEnvironment.cs and search for _defaultEncoding = Encoding.Default; then replace the above with _defaultEncoding = Encoding.UTF8;
