tbh I only got it running and unfortunately I think you would have to go through the PHP pages to identify the Russian txt then translate it, I have done this before in the past and it is a big pain in the @ss, if there is a automated way to do it I haven't found it.
Sorry to bother, I saw you are involved in GameCP RF Office CI http://forum.ragezone.com/f479/game-...ice-ci-919316/ I have made my translation almost done, but not in several pages. like in here: http://forum.ragezone.com/attachment...ffice-ci-1.png and the page after you click that button, still in russian. Also the GMs pages and Admin Pages half of them still in Russian. when i try to open Manager.php, it's like encrypted and we can't change anything. Do you find out how to change the language, though? Really appreciate your help! Thanks before.
