As for me being 19... so? How that that have any relevance to this? If you think it has anything to do with my knowledge, i'll have you know that i am a fully qualified system and network admin, as well as being qualified in providing helpdesk support and technical support. In 3 months i will also be worldwide certified with my A+ certification.
