Q: Any ways can make Chinese word readable?
A: For make Chinese word readable need install Traditional Chinese Language Pack from Microsoft site + font's.

Q: May I know how to get it StringNo for each String?
A: Nope. In tb.bin not contained information for StringNo.

[Address] - only offset string in tb.bin,
[Length] - only string length in tb.bin,
[String] - only string in tb.bin.
