I'm willing to give it a look, but won't be available for a while. If you're trying to get this working on localhost i suggest you make sure you remove all existing loopbacks and then run just netsh. Using gamelauncher.exe it should work from there on. Let me know somewhere after 24hrs if it still doesn't work. I can take a look after that.
