This happens a lot here, just be very careful next time. Do not pay first. Its most likely the same couple of guys doing the scheme on here, they have found it works and no reason for them to stop. (They will most likely PM you via various accounts then get you to switch over to skype/discord)

Run the econfig.exe and disable full-screen. (Graphics Tab "Play game in a window") It should run in windowed mode without a problem.

I would say that rates are custom. We have taken the old endless online world and reshaped it and added out own custom maps to give it a more progressive feel. We are currently working on our level 90 area which should be out in the next few weeks. It will have alot more content to explore...

Make sure in the AdminCP "Guild Logo bin2hex" is disabled in website settings

Im not sure if this is "Working as intended" but Ive also come across this problem. Just have to sell the item to a shop for now I guess.
