current files that are out or being worked on are very very buggy and dont fully work there is a german team currently rebuilding neosteam in unity which sounds very interesting :) there is a facebook group look on there should keep you updated etc

like aknolo said.. NpcDataParams in MAIN_DB_1 is in binary code... but 7001 02 03 04 is suppose to convert NpcScriptParams to binary and put in NpcDataParams but they wont do the convertion and just keeps it chinese -.-

i dont use 127.0.0.1 i use my normal ip for the server works perfect for me bit strange why it wont work for you :(

basicly i used to dedicated server using the ips from that added into everything in the database and server files... if you look inside the actual client files theres something called Neosteam CFG file open that in note pad it should look like this. [Display] Width=1024 Height=768...
