i have tried multiple solutions myself and none of them have worked. i am no closer to solving it myself. you could try using the bind ip inside the conf files and setting that to your local ip.

i noticed that as well. please get it fixed.

first you need to download everything. then you need to extract the datafiles in the folder specified in the conf file. after that you need to run the batch file(possibly something with server). then you need to run the 2 executables for the server core.

i will test it some day an report back.
