Read the thread, the owner recieved an email from Nexon Korea regarding their early release of Phantom and told them to shut down or would take other measures. I think that shutting down the server was a good idea because no one wants to deal with Nexon and their heartless lawyers / employees.

I'm not familiar with VPS/Dedicated hosts but I think the difference between a VPS and a Dedicated server is that a dedicated server is a computer seperated from others, and with VPS you share the same computer (with different hard drives). Correct me if I'm wrong lol
