You have to follow same steps as you would do while setting up for a local setup on your machine. Instead of a local machine IP use one of the static IP you have got there. Check the step mentioned in the setup videos.

Well, I have same issue and from working around with files I found there is no issue with files. The script that you ran to create a account had some weird password may be. Use the account manager(check the old RZ posts) and reset the password then try to login again. Hope this works for you...

If you are running on local, open your firewall(until you figure out all ports) on Windows and Centos side and add 30002(gate server) port to port forwarding in your router setting.

VPS itself is a virtual system and you are trying to run another system over it. It would not work as far as I know. You either need a separate Windows and Centos VPS or use dedicated servers.
