Thats a MSSQL error you have, make sure that it's running and that you have permission to access it..

The files you are looking for is credit_001.dds for the loading screen and dekaron_logo.dds for the name in the login screen in the directory data\texture\ui\game if I remember right..

You're running Windows 7, it doesn't like it, try running the server in WinXP or Server 2k3

lol guys, if I knew i would have updated it, anything above 1.3.6 (not modded 131's) has a different way of communicating with the database which is not compatible with these files (that also included sofags release which uses MSSQL) , and no, i dont have them either.. sorry folks.. :blush...
