Would you possibly have fixed the drop event in localizing option i remember it never worked unless i did something wrong i could never get it to work

Ive looked in buff table and im wondering if there is a way to activate the weekend xp / 100% buff that shows at the top of the screen i have looked everywhere

So in the bdo.sqlite i have it set to give someone a value pack when they buy a mervs palette but the name doesn't change in game would that be something client sided that needs to change or is there anyway around it? Side Note: Back attacks do alot of damage anyway to fix that
