How do i get 3rd class? Can't find werewolf quarrel

I use titans tech files and there is no way to do 3rd job because Werewolf Quarrel is nowhere to be found... Is there a way i can spawn him? or does anybody know where he is? i use Titans Tech 10.07.35 Season 6 By Antiferna

I've done all that. I just used port checker and it says my port isn't open.. .hmmm in my router it says it is... maybe i need to reset my router?

Once i get my server up and running i'm gonna make a webserver and probably buy a domain. which web server files do you guys prefer? which one is most stable and best with most stable features? im gonna be using a season 6 server if that helps.
