I consider crypto investing dangerously close to gambling. I enjoy having a moderate risk portfolio and try to keep crypto 10% or less of the portfolio. Right now I am around 5% I think, used to be higher.

I got mine by saying that it motivates me to come in the office and keeping the old chair demotivates me whenever I get in the office.

In that case I wouldn't recommend it. The Aeron chair can definitely adjust a bit but it does apply some pressure on your back when you do and it would feel uncomfortable.

Skip gaming chairs and just buy a Herman Miller chair. I personally use a computer a lot of hours a day and this is the best chair I ever owned.

Not a lot really. Get yourself a web hosting panel like parallels plesk or cpanel, get a dedicated server (or host it up in AWS). Get a dedicated IP address (for starters), a domain and setup the software. Then sell services to your clients. I think that the web hosting market is now dying...
