Starting an IMM (Information, multimedia and management) bachelor at university in september. Worked at a law firm for 1,5 years, orientated on what interests me and what I want to be doing later. So maybe i'll be around here again to offer some information technology related services to people...

After working for a lawfirm for a while, this really doesn't tell me much. First of all, please distribute the articles in law that ground your assumptions @ how private servers stay legally "clean". Also internet laws vary in different countries. Also summarize it for general understandability...

As you're quoting me to back-up your argumentation, I feel obliged to reply. The kiss and ddos thing had nothing to do with competition, but with the personality of some people. Back in the days there was less Ducking eachother over WITHIN the same community as there is today. Competition...

I remember when veterans actually meant something for the community, as where the modern day "vets" on here are experienced in talking poop. Especially about eachother, behind eachothers backs. It's a game of kiss and tell now. Or maybe kiss and ddos.

Blocking portals is against the GMS-like source code, so there is no right way to do this at all. Doing this isn't much if anything better than just a simple check in changemaphandler. You can open up npcs from there as well anyhow.
