SOLVED. To fix it, stops all servers and exec all .SQL files in the folder Aion-Lightning-4.9/AL-Game/sql/updates on al_server_gs database.

I fixet it uninstalling all java versions on my pc and installing ONLY java jdk 7u80 64-Bits. I've fixed the Out of Memory error. It was something stupid, but If anyone have the same error, just take a look. I was starting the server from Start-8GB.bat But for some BAT programming code error...

i don't think you can run this emulator on a vps. Try one dedicated server with at least 2 cores (but im my opinion u maybe neeed 4), ant at least 8GB ram. I didn't test this emulator on other computers, so i reaaly don't knew how it requires and my config is a bit great: i7 3.8 ghz 4 cores...
