I think RZ should force users to have a portfolio so others can check it out before hiring. If it's going to be profitable, it should also be professional. Hiring anyone without a CV and references should not be allowed.

On my server we increased those stats, so they can be used to level up if you like them. They are not designed to be ugly, they are designed to show you noobies ^^.
