if you want to change rates, go to your db editor (navicat or phpmyadmin) and edit :
-resource multiplier ->5 standard i think
500 is insane, you wont be able to keep up with building :)
-gamespeed is buildtime and researchtime, add a zero or 2 and...

after some looking around i found some Ogame server files that actually work,
as far as i can tell they work, but have a few problems
1 - they are in servian language
2 - there is a reg page, but it doesnt work completly yet :/

i looked at the files, and you deffinitly need sql (since there are databases)
but i haven't seen a files where you can edit ip's or settings or anything else :eh:
