Yes, people and I have made an Admin FS(Filterscript) that pulls up a menu in the game that allows you to spawn vehicles, weapons, armor/health, teleport to certain/popular places even have a build in teleport maker where you can marker where every your at and come back to it with a command...

Re: [Release] [SA:MP] [FS/MAP] Twin Towers!!! in SAMP!!! :D Try and add a roof area. Maybe a bridge to connect each tower, parachutes, maybe some cars or even a pent-house. (For the teleporter) Basically add a marker object then code it to where when stepped on it teleports to top of building...
