Need level 3 guild also which takes 3K zeal which becomes issue on a prvate server

Ok so got my server fully working other then the occasional login being stubborn but realized as been playing the game in between my 18 hour work days that on a private server getting guild to enough zeal, 3K to get a guild base is going to be near impossible Anyone know if there is any items...
