No errors show up when you get to the char server? It could be a client-server packet version mismatch. Try another client. But of course, always double check for the IP addresses. You'll be needing a client that'll correspond with your server's packet version. I'd suggest searching for kRO...

As for problem #1, I'll assume that you're running on Vista/Win7, so you'll need to right click setup and choose to run as an administrator. As for problem #2, as Jayson stated above, you'll be needing an English Data Folder for that one.

I think he meant that you can't edit an animation through photoshop since it does not preserve the animation but yes, you can make gif animations through photoshop.
