If it is not working on Windows 8.1 64bit, try to install VMWARE WORKSTATION v11, and make a virtual OS of Windows 7 64bit. Does not support also Windows 7 Starter. Pentium Tools are rarely to appear on some versions of windows. Not working also on Windows 10: Pentium Tools Autoclose when executed.

Our server, server files supports custom items because we have custom jewels like jewel of level, jewel of luck, jewel of socket etc. My concern is how does it works? I mean how to make F.O+Ancient+5 socket level 5 sir? For example i want to make Dark Phoenix Set F.O+Ancient+5Socket Level 5?

just asking only if there is a possibilities to upgrade any rings and pendants manually in game, just like the other normal items just put jewel of soul, bless and upgrade it also upto +15 .. because webshop prize is too high, making the item +15 it cost a lot of credits to other players :(
