Kinda a old post but if u didnt find npc ids 35422 thru 35427 are some tents

if your using a l2jserver pack the colors for the admin/gm are in the access_levels table in the database

there is also a item called "Color Name" that will change the color of your title until relog. There is a config setting for GM/Admin name and title colors like g00fy mentioned. Or you can edit it in the character edit menu as well this too only like until relog
