I would create a separate database and import the latest Arcturus database and see if it loads fine, if so then its not importing the update SQLs correctly. I know for sure its definitely your database from the screenshots and thats its missing 2 or more columns so the SQLs should fix it. Feel...

It's throwing SQL exceptions as your database doesn't have the correct columns/rows needed. I believe when updating the emulator you haven't run the SQL file to update the database aswell. Once you have ran the SQL file the emulator will run fine.
