I think it's a good idea but sounds very hard to organise. A lot of people in the Habbo section are very unpredictable and I can't see there being enough enthusiasm and motivation in the community for such an event to work.

I don't know if I am imagining things or not but I'm pretty sure that I remember seeing vacancies at Sulake requiring HTML5 knowledge.

Looks good this does mate only thing I'd do is probably remove the badges bit and replace with something else as it has the potential to look messy as you can see with the out of line badges. Otherwise great work.
