First, when purchasing a VPS buy a DDoS proteced one. One with a proxy to redirect attacks. Second is find someone who is good and capable of patching up exploits in your hotel. Someone good in PHP, C# or Java if you're using Arcturus or Comet. Third is make sure to filter your staff applicants...

Check your swf, maybe it's using external override variables.

What kind of Gold Tree are you looking, r63a or r63b?

Yes you can use XAMPP, but i'd recommend using IIS if you can set it up.

What emulator are you using? It's probably because you have a different badge imaging files on your CMS. Try to download the imaging files that is made with the emulator you are using.
