It means that you game(client) won't connect to your server. Use 127.0.0.1 as your ip (for you want to play alone/offline right?). Make sure you have configured your OBDC and params/cfgs right.

no sir, this 'flood' is the first time Cities got flooded, even exclusive villages got flooded. this is truly tragic. bridges fell, cars were displaced, people died. MrAbry is still lucky, as i am (we live somewhat at higher grounds). Some places near us got drowned, 2 stories of building...
