Might be an late reaction though but as the previous person said. It is not posible to run STO properly on win 10. You are required to have windows 7.

For windows 10 you need to run it in compatibiliti as administrator and disconnect your Wi-Fi and or Ethernet cable this should fix your problem

Sorry for late reaction bin off for a while. MCP does not work on windows 10. You need to use windows 7/XP and run it as admin
