You are right. Twice. People here are not capable of directing such an attack. There are more factors to launching it than just being able to, though. But let's face it. The time it takes to succesfully DDoS a private server is not worth the result. You can easily take down a leecher server...

The only reason this is such an issue is that the victims are leechers that have no idea what they are doing. You can hardly DDoS someone that does.
