Try using it with XAMPP, then it will work. Yeah its damn awesome. One of the features is placing tweets on your timeline in the houskeeping. The housekeeping is called Lightning, and its also made by Tonny.

Topic updated. The CMS in the downloadlink contains much crap, so I added a cleaned, up-to-date version! Also added the database (cleaned). Also it works the best with XAMPP because of the .htaccess file, and the is no UrlRewrite in de CMS. And use PHP 5.0, to get maximum proficiency.
