Problems with server

I am making a server with local ip (192.168.x.xxx) but, the server appears however when clicking connect nothing happens ... And when click refresh the server disappears. Does anyone know what can it be? Observation: In the GameServer appers a message: " Conection from 192.168.0.111 accepted"...
