Edited the thread. Items were lost from Extra Bag Bug. This bug causes all items inside the Extra Bag disappear for unknown reason. How could I restore all the items?

I think it might have something to do with the skill tree because sometimes some players are experiencing a bug while leveling and their skills will automatically reset but they cannot add skill points so it prevents them from using any skills. I will check this out. PS. Does anyone know a...

It actually happened twice now.

Nope, not using tabbed inventory or anything. It's weird coz it only happens to like 1 player out of 100 players.

All items in the extra bag are gone as extra bag expires. And it doesn't expire on time, it just happens randomly to some players. Did anyone encounter this kind of situation? I would really like to know what's causing the bug and maybe a fix too.

It only happens on some certain characters but with different jobs. So I don't know which skills they were trying to use. They start getting this error when they try to reconnect.
