This server have some potential even though right now there are bugs that are not appear on default released files, like mobs doesnt move, and buff/debuff duration. And I think the no cooldown feature will only make the server imbalance for pvp. They say its because the server isnt compatible...

You mean workers? I successfully remove some monster by editing files in this folder gameserver\bin\data\static_data\xml\spawns I think workers might also be there. I believe its here: src\main\java\com\bdoemu\gameserver\model\creature\player\services\PlayerSaveService.java Line 61 to 65. Maybe just comment those lines. Dont forget to recompile. I havent test it.

I believe that is the correct rate. For armors, enhancement from +1 to +5 is 100% success. For weapons, enhancement from +1 to +7 is 100% success.
