Download my attached File, extract it into "\SE\Users\SE" and overwrite it. Now open Server.cfq in "\SE" and change from difficulty = "Regular"; to difficulty = "Recruit"; Now your Server has only 1st Person.

That's a Method as well. But I recommend to be in Lan instead of opening Routerports for it, because then everyone could join your Server.

You don't have to write your IP into the *.cfg. Use Tunngle instead of Hamachi.
