I haven't tried adding any skills but if you're just a beginner I wouldn't delve too deep into it. As far as I know you need to be able to animate the skill which probably requires some external program. I wouldn't put too much time into adding skills but if you have time then by all means.

Re: Recommendations server As far as I know, you need to have at least 16GB of RAM to run all maps and I'm guessing at least an Intel Quad Core preferably Ivy Bridge. Other than that you should be set :)

I have SQL Server 2005 and Management Studio 2005 (the ones that were included in gozex's re-release) installed on my Windows 7 OS on a different partition. When I try to install it on Windows 8 it gives me some error about being unable to start the SQL service. Any ideas?

are you using this for Luna plus or Classic? if for plus just use You must be registered for see element. and go to the job change npc next to Luna in alker harbour. if for classic then i don't know :/
