Portal changes as far as I know, are just wz edited into the portal. You might be able to code it to swap you to a different map, but the easiest way is just by wz edits.

Correct me if I am wrong, rewards would be done through the party quest rewards. I think you might be able to change the spawn time through the party quest script.
