Its an old as duck chinese game. I dont think there many ppl that have any idea about that. I've even tried injecting some graphical improvements like Reshade/ENB series into it which work with almost any game but it didn't work with talisman so...

item.csv , column 22 - ''m_bCanTrade'' to 0 will make it untradable.Test other columns in that file if you want it to say 'Bound' its one of them.
