there's nothing wrong with startup. GlobalMgrSvr show seconds because it has a PAUSE after it is started, it doesn't show's OK on globalmgsrv, the seconds are all good.

Have u checked other logs beside the GlobalMgrSvr's one? There's something wrong with the configuration of files, it should give some error's in other logs too check the times of the logs when it crashes and look around in other logs for the same time. Maybe a starting channel at a certain time...

Have u tried to check the script inside that procedure? Mby it has some old tables from EP2 written inside still. There's a lot of stored procedures which doesn't work because of old EP2 tables configurations, just saying, never tried that guild transf.

Make it every 30 mins, it should work! Also i strongly recommend you to check that space on ur hard drive! This can be caused by not enough space inside machine for the logs to be created! As time goes by, the logs becomes highly increased in disk space!
