Out of the box atavism works well, ofc. But if you aim for a big map, it lacks in performance as I already said, atavism is for instanced games like Lost Ark. Atavism allows you to have, as example, 100 player per map and wants to open a new map instance (a new channel) for another 100 player...

Did you already logged in with 'sa' after installing sql server? I guesd you failed at installation process when you can login with windows auth but not with 'sa'

Idk if there is a unpack tool for your game but usually you unpack the client, search for it in unpacked files, replace it and pack the client back
